Abhay is an accomplished and visionary leader, practicing in the field of accounting advisory and attestation for the past 25 years. He began his career with Deloitte, where he laid a strong foundation in audit and professional services.
Over the years, Abhay has developed expertise across a broad spectrum of areas, including client relationship management, market expansion, strategic planning, business improvement, transformation initiatives, and governance and regulatory compliance.
He has served as Member in the Central India Regional council & Chairman of Central India Regional council.
He is currently Central Council Member of ICAI for the term 2022-25.
Gaurav is a seasoned Finance and Strategy leader with over two decades of experience across Corporate Finance, Shared Services, and Business Transformation. As former CFO of a FinTech NBFC with ~US$150 million AUM, he strengthened financial governance, optimized capital structures, and enabled scalable growth.
He has held leadership roles at KPMG, Aeries Group, Vistra, FinThrive, DB Corp, and CBay Systems.
An FCA, PMP, CISA, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and IIM-Calcutta alumnus, he brings deep expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, Ind AS, risk management, and finance transformation, enabling strong compliance and strategic decision-making.
Goldie is a Banking and Strategy professional with 20+ years of experience in Corporate Banking, Business Development, and Consultative Sales. He has successfully managed large client portfolios while driving consistent revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
He has held leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and Citibank, leading initiatives in market expansion and product positioning.
An MBA and CAIIB professional, Goldie specializes in growth strategy, sales transformation, and go-to-market execution with a strong client-first approach.
Shikha brings over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering sectors, supporting large-scale industrial projects across India. She has led workforce planning, compliance management, and HR operations in complex project environments.
Her expertise spans power plants, refineries, heavy engineering, and construction sectors. She focuses on aligning people strategy with business objectives while ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
